Delivery Policy

A InstaCase offers several shipping methods that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as the weight, value and destination region.

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order in the store, in the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

● Destination region;

● Weight and/or value of the order;

● Shipping method chosen;

● Choice of VAS (value-added services).

  When choosing your shipping method "Store pick-up", you will not be charged

  postage.

  Shipments via CTT EXPRESSO to Portugal
  When choosing your shipping method CTT Expressoorders are sent via

  carrier CTT Expresso.

  Delivery time Portugal 2-4 days Free In 2 days 2,9€ For Tomorrow 3,9€

The prices shown in the table apply to the "CTT Expresso" service, where delivery is made on the first working day following dispatch of the order.

VAT at the legal rate is added to the prices shown.

How the order is shipped

An order will be shipped taking into account the shipping method chosen by the consumer when registering the order and only after payment has been validated.

The order can be shipped by CTT and or CTT Expresso.

When the order is dispatched, the consumer will receive an e-mail where they can confirm the tracking code to follow the delivery information.

The expected delivery time may vary depending on the shipping service contracted or the time provided for in the description of the shipping method.
