SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery time is counted in working days, i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Working day for delivery:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Delivery region: We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as throughout the European Union.

Delivery times vary according to region. You will be informed at the time of purchase and it also depends on the approval of your payment. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will take between 1 (one) and 2 (two) working days to be sorted, after which time the Post Office will add the delivery time.

The exchange deadline depends on the availability of the product in stock. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone. If there is no product in stock, you can choose another product of the same or equal value on our website.

The consumer has a cooling-off period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to withdraw. The period starts counting from the day immediately following the contracting or receipt of the product. The period is not interrupted on weekends or public holidays.
