SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery period is counted in business days, i.e., it does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Business days for delivery:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Delivery region: We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as throughout the European Union.

The delivery time for products varies depending on the region. It will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on the approval of your payment. Once payment has been confirmed, your order will take 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to be processed, after which the postal service delivery time will be added.

The exchange period depends on the availability of the product in stock. We will inform you by email or phone. If the product is not in stock, you can choose another one that is the same or of the same value on our website.

The consumer has a cooling-off period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to cancel the order. The cooling-off period begins on the day immediately following the purchase or receipt of the product. The cooling-off period is not interrupted on weekends or holidays.
